Flat calm and a beautiful day – we set out early, and
were anchored in the bay by 10.00. Great memories as this is where J celebrated
Clare’s hen do, and would have gladly had another wakeboard run but things are
closing down at the end of a busy summer season, so that’s not an option.
We’re thinking of spending a night at anchor – J’s first! – and
sharing the bay with the lovely MY Christina O but A’s back is still a bit
jippy, and lifting the dog in and out of the tender for doggy toilet runs is not
an option, so we’re in port and moored up by 17.00.
LOVING Theoule! A lovely little port with sanitaires close
by, beautiful sculptures, sandy beaches just a stroll away for the morning swim,
gorgeous retro ice-cream van (with even lovelier ice-creams!). From the fly
bridge with binoculars we had a great view of the Cannes sailing regatta.
So lovely in fact that we hung out for a couple of days!
