After 10 years living on board, we are now well into the process of building our wood-frame house in the Lot-et-Garonne, so it is time for the Goodbye George to head off into new adventures with new owners!

Having served as a full-time live-a-board for decades, this trawler boat offers comfortable, well-equipped accommodation, is easy to handle, has fully walk-around decks and a huge fly bridge with seating.

The Master cabin boasts en-suite heads with tub/shower, washing machine, ample storage and direct access to the aft deck,

whilst the twin berth forward cabin has an en-suite heads.

Two fresh-water tanks are situated beneath the double bed and behind the storage cupboard to give a total capacity of 500L.

The galley is equipped with a gas 3-ring stove & oven unit, microwave and under counter fridge (mains/inverter).

An additional 12V fridge is in the fwd cabin cupboard.

The saloon has a large foldaway table with comfortable seating for 6 crew & plenty of storage.

The interior finish is varnished wood in excellent condition.

The engine room is perfectly organised making maintenance easy, with 2 fuel tanks (875L total capacity).

Access to the 2 x Ford Lehman 80hp diesel engines (6.100h) is easy since a black tank, recently installed - never used, is situated in the bilge, leaving space for a Paguro 4000 diesel generator (78h) and tool storage.

Full engine service - September 2021, including oil & oil filter change, fuel filter change.

New engine batteries - August 2021.

Outside, work on the hull was completed in 2017 with a full paint & copper-based anti-foul coating.

The boat has been in fresh water ever since.

Exterior teak wood work is unvarnished & in very good condition.

The boat is equipped for sea travel, with a DSC+ VHF with ATIS, Furuno GPS navigation, a life raft (needs a service), inflatable tender & fire extinguishers.
